Haverfordwest woman admits string of assaults and damage
A HAVERFORDWEST woman has admitted damaging property and assaulting police officers during a series of incidents in the town this summer.
Sarah Moane, 35, of Three Meadows, Haverfordwest, appeared before District Judge Mark Layton at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (Sept 30).
The court heard that on June 30, 2025, Moane damaged the glass window of Pizza Time, Castle Square, Haverfordwest. The following day, on July 1, while in custody at Merlins Hill, she assaulted three emergency workers — PC 31 Harries, PC 70 Thomas and DC 922 Nunnick — by beating them.
Moane also admitted assaulting a member of the public, Richard Thomas, by beating him in Castle Square on June 30.
She pleaded guilty to all offences at an earlier hearing on July 2.
The court was told that Moane has been remanded in custody since conviction. A mental health treatment requirement assessment has been ordered before sentencing.
Sentencing has been adjourned until October 21, 2025, at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court, when Moane is expected to appear via live link. The hearing is scheduled for 10:00am in Courtroom 01.

Dock driver banned after reversing into parked car while unfit through drugs
A DOCK motorist has been banned from the roads after admitting driving while unfit through drugs.
Avtandil Mamasakhilisi was seen reversing his car into a parked vehicle at Castle High in Haverfordwest on April 22. When officers arrived, he appeared disorientated and confused.
“Urine samples were sent away for analysis and cocaine and benzoylecgonine were both detected,” Crown Prosecutor Dennis Davies told Judge Mark Layton at Haverfordwest magistrates court this week. “The presence of these drugs showed that his driving was impaired.”
Mamasakhilisi gave evidence through a Georgian interpreter and admitted taking drugs prior to his arrest.
“He accepts that his driving was impaired as a result,” said his solicitor, Tom Lloyd. “He regrets his actions, is sorry for what took place, and wants to assure the court that nothing like this will happen again.”
Mamasakhilisi, of Military Road, Pennar, Pembroke Dock, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £48 surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Milford Haven woman admits repeated shop thefts
Alcohol and food stolen from Haven Stores during ‘difficult period’, court told
A MILFORD woman has admitted stealing food and alcohol from a town centre store on three separate occasions.
Anna Davies, 43, of Precelly Place, appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates court this week where she pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol from Haven Stores on March 28, as well as further food items and more alcohol on April 3.
“The offences were committed following a relationship breakdown,” her solicitor, Alaw Harries, told the court. “This was a difficult period in her life when she was struggling. These offences are totally out of character, but she has now come through that and has offered to pay for the items.”
Judge Mark Layton adjourned sentencing to November 26 for a probation report to be prepared. Davies was released on unconditional bail.
