Man given community order for shoplifting offence
A MILFORD HAVEN man has been given a community order after admitting a theft offence.
Andrew Lewis, aged 47, of Charles Street, Milford Haven, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (Jan 7).
The court heard that Lewis was charged with shoplifting, relating to an incident on December 11, 2025, when goods were stolen from a local retail premises.
He pleaded guilty to the offence at the first opportunity.
Magistrates imposed a community order, requiring Lewis to complete a specified number of unpaid work hours. He was also ordered to pay compensation, along with prosecution costs and a victim surcharge.
No reporting restrictions were imposed.

Man fined for failing to provide driver details
A HAVERFORDWEST man has been fined after admitting failing to provide driver information when required by police.
Thomas Jones, aged 39, of Perrotts Way, Haverfordwest, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (Jan 7).
The court heard that Jones failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver following an alleged motoring offence on September 14, 2025.
He pleaded guilty to the offence at the first opportunity.
Magistrates imposed a fine, ordered Jones to pay prosecution costs and a victim surcharge, and endorsed his driving record with penalty points.
No reporting restrictions were imposed.

Man remanded on bail over vehicle interference allegation
A PEMBROKE DOCK man has been remanded on conditional bail after appearing in court charged with vehicle-related and bail offences.
Kane Stewart, aged 20, of Wavell Crescent, Pembroke Dock, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (Jan 7).
The court heard that Stewart was charged with vehicle interference, relating to an incident on November 29, 2025.
He also faced two charges of failing to answer to police or court bail as required, both dated December 16, 2025.
Stewart pleaded not guilty to the vehicle interference allegation, while pleading guilty to one of the bail offences. The remaining bail charge was withdrawn by the Crown Prosecution Service, following the guilty plea already entered.
Magistrates remanded Stewart on conditional bail, with the case adjourned to a later date.

Man fined after admitting drug possession
A HAVERFORDWEST man has been fined after admitting possession of a controlled drug.
Kyle Morgan, aged 26, of Portfield Gate, Haverfordwest, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (Jan 7).
The court heard that Morgan was charged with possessing a Class B controlled drug (cannabis) following an incident on December 3, 2025.
He pleaded guilty to the offence at the first opportunity.
Magistrates imposed a fine, and ordered Morgan to pay prosecution costs and a victim surcharge. No additional orders were made.
No reporting restrictions were in place.
