OUT Pembroke tells rowdy customers to ‘take their trade elsewhere’
A PEMBROKE nightclub was forced to close after an altercation outside the premises involving their security staff, who had to administer first aid to an injured party.
The management of OUT Pembrokeshire, which only recently opened its doors, said that following the disturbance, those involved would not be welcomed back into the club and that some people would be banned from the premises following a meeting in January.
The incident took place on Saturday night (Dec 11) with multiple police units attending the incident.
Trouble started inside the club and then those persons were ejected by staff. Trouble then continued outside, but with bouncers outside of the club there were not enough security persons inside the club to keep the club open.
On Facebook the management of Out Pembroke said: “Thanks to all our customers for their understanding Saturday night!
“Your safety is paramount to us and as a result of our security staff dealing with external situations, we were forced into an earlier than usual close.”
The management went on to say: “To the few of you reading this that were involved in trouble at or outside our establishment over the weekend you are not welcome back to the club and are respectfully instructed to take your trade elsewhere as we are not the place to come to if you cause trouble.
“Some people have been banned immediately… In January management will be meeting with people to discuss bans and lengths of them depending on circumstances – if you feel like you require one of these meetings then reach us privately.
“After the new year and we will arrange an opportunity for you to review the situation with us.
“And to the Pembrokeshire jungle drum beaters- just to clarify- the building does not have a basement, so that rumour can sit next to the hot tub and glass box.
“We look forward to seeing our respectful patrons and customers and friends on Thursday, have a great week”
Dyfed-Powys Police have been asked for a statement.
OUT Pembroke is located at the former Paddles Nighspot in Main Street, Pembroke.

Mother admits to killing seven-year-old son in Haverfordwest
A mother has admitted to the manslaughter of her seven-year-old son at their home in Haverfordwest, citing diminished responsibility.
Papaipit Linse, 43, appeared at Swansea Crown Court on Friday (Nov 22), where she denied murder but pleaded guilty to manslaughter in connection with the death of her son, Louis Linse. Prosecutor Caroline Rees KC confirmed the manslaughter plea would be accepted, stating it “did not come as a surprise” to the prosecution.
The incident occurred on 10 January when police were called to a property on Upper Market Street. Louis was rushed to Withybush General Hospital but tragically died shortly afterwards.
During the hearing, Linse, who spoke only to confirm her name and enter her pleas, was informed that she would be sentenced on 13 December. Judge Paul Thomas KC described the case as “clearly a very sensitive as well as a very tragic case.”
The court was told that Linse is currently receiving treatment at the Caswell Clinic, a mental health facility in Bridgend. Psychiatric evidence is expected to be presented during the sentencing hearing to provide further insight into the circumstances surrounding the case.
